One day, someone posted in facebook that he roasted the chicken with beer. So I decided to try it out and wow... We LOVE it. The meat is super tender, juicy, the skin is crispy and the seasoning is just perfect. The roasted veggies are also very yummy. My youngest son even finished all the purple sweet potatoes (He dont usually like purple sweet potatoes). The kids love it, hubby loves it. This recipe will be used over and over again! In this recipe, I used tiger white beer (the one I had at home). Next time will probably use other type of beer.
