- Mix curd, turmeric, salt, coriander cumin powder salt. Coat the paneer and capsicum cubes with this mixture and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add onions, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, and tomatoes. Saute and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the gas flame.
- Once it is cooled down, blend it into a fine paste. Strain this paste.
